WHAT IS THE NIGHTLY RATE?

Please note:
- Special events in area can cause increase in per night fee.
Nightly rate:
- $700/ night minimum 2 nights.
Kenyon College Graduation Weekend:
- $1000 / night minimum 3 nights.

HOW MUCH NOTICE IS NEEDED PRIOR TO RESERVING?

We require minimum of 5 days notice before booking

WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM NIGHTS ABLE TO BE BOOKED?

Regularly 2 night minimum
- Exception: Kenyon College Graduation Weekend= 3 night minimum
Maximum nights: 7

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Up to 2 pets may join you on your trip to Gambier. We charge an additional $100/ pet. Pets must be well behaved, up to date on all vaccines, flea and tick protection, and internal parasite protection. Pets must also be housed in a crate when you are not with them in the home. A large crate can be provided if needed.

ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

No cleaning fee, however we do ask that before check out you:

remove all bedding from beds and place in laundry bin located in the bathroom
take out any smelly trash and put in black or silver bin in driveway
load any dishes into dishwasher
overall be courteous of our home and please leave it the way you found it

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

This booking is refundable if cancelled prior to 60 days before check in.

Non-refundable if less than 60 days until check in.

Reservations made after 2/26/2024 : Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
